PRESIDENT 

He founded the company in 1992 after a very successful career in the banking industry. His expertise was concentrated in finance, formal credit, bank audit training and commercial lending which positioned him very well to start his own Mortgage Broker Business.  J. C. designed the business for the origination of residential mortgages for placement with nationally-recognized mortgage banking companies with emphasis on "A” grade credit profiles.

In his free time, JC actively volunteers with the Kiwanis Club of St. Petersburg.
